SERVICE

We positively contribute to the welfare of others through acts of kindness. We are selfless, observant, and responsive to the well-being of our community, knowing that our actions leave the world better than we found it.

OPTIMISM

We set positive expectations for ourselves and approach challenges with enthusiasm. We remain open-minded in tough times, plan for success, and expect the very best results because we put our best effort into all we do.

AGENCY

We believe in our ability to be successful and find value in our own thoughts. Driven by personal values, we intentionally reflect on our goals and take complete control of our own actions, lives, and futures.

RESILIANCE

We never shy away from a challenge. We are emotionally strong, persevere through setbacks, and utilize every resource and support system available to learn from our struggles and courageously pursue our highest goals.

PRIDE

Our work reflects who we are and where we come from. Grounded in self-respect and community, we reject mediocrity and continuously collaborate to improve our output and respect the communities where we grow and thrive.

“Education is the ultimate key to freedom, opportunity, and independence. Inspired by my grandfather’s profound legacy of resilience, I founded iPrep to be more than a school—it is a launchpad. We are here to equip every single scholar with the agency, purpose, and tenacity to choose their own destiny.”
